Life Residential Project Value - £12,000 Project Length - 2 weeks In this block of new build studio flats, the washing machine in flat 111 had leaked. Luckily the damage was concentrated to this one flat but the damage was still substantial. Mould growth had spread all over the flat walls and floor as it was unoccupied for a few months and ventilation was poor. New plasterboard walls, flooring, skirting and quadrant were needed as all had become rotten. After this was ripped out and reinstalled, all was painted to match the existing and the flat looked as good as new. In recent months we have been working closely with property managers Life Residential in similar projects all over London. |
