Refurbishment and Fit-Out
Inspire creative developments limited has carried out a variety of refurbishment and fit-out schemes within London and the Southeast. We recently completed a multi-trade fit-out of commercial premises in Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, for Gilbert Ash. The works carried out in Grade 2 premises involved the complete strip-out and refurbishment of a 5 story terraced building fronting Grosvenor Street. Current refurbishment projects include working with Chorus Group at the Savoy Hotel in London. Our scope of works here is to remove part of the old damaged floors and replace them with new structural floor screeds.
